How to Embrace the Power of the MasterMind For Champions

You’ve seen “The Wizard of Oz,” Definitely one of the greatest movies of all time. The major theme was that the main characters all believed they didn’t have what it took to get what they wanted in life… they thought something was missing. Ever felt like that?

Here’s the line up:

  • The Scarecrow thought he needed a brain
  • The Tin Man thought he didn’t have a heart
  • The Cowardly Lion thought he was a coward
  • Dorothy felt lost and just wanted to go home
  • And the Wizard thought he had to ‘look’ the part rather than being who he was.
  • Toto, the brave pooch, seemed to be the only one with decent self esteem.

Do you identify with any of these characters?

The fact is before this group came together, each thought they were losers.  With this new relationship, a Mastermind 토토사이트 Group of sorts, they became a team of like-minded Champions.

After they met they

  1. Worked together
  2. Became focused on each others ‘challenges’ and
  3. Learned to see themselves through another’s (their Team’s) eyes
  4. Something happened: each team member began to change.

With this new focus and vision, through each others eyes:

  • The Scarecrow began showing his intelligence
  • The Tin Man realized he had true heart
  • The Cowardly Lion became a brave friend
  • The Great, Wise Wizard found that he could be loved, respected and admired by being himself
  • Dear Dorothy found true friends and her way home with her beloved pup, Toto.

You see, it turned out that each of them all already possessed everything they needed to be the person they dreamed of, but needed to see themselves and their circumstances through their team member’s eyes.

They needed to gain a fresh, new perspective on their lives. That is the power of teamwork and the power found in MasterMind Groups.

Through all the economic woes many have been experiencing recently there is hope. There are ways to get beyond it and become the Champion that you were created to be. You just need to look outside the box, find new avenues to grow. Alone it may be difficult, but together ‘We can do this.’ We can rebuild and be even better than before.
